How I did it: working and drinking a lot, getting out there and meeting random people. now that i look back on all those times i sat alone in the park with my laptop i realize i wasted so much time when i could have been out there. Read how I did it…
well since there is no cure for psoriasis all i can do is fight it and do what i can to tame the outbreaks. ive switched to lights and it seems to be working. im also stressing less…which is really helping. i feel comfortable naked now. its amazing
i broke up with him.
after finding out he cheated constantly.
i did it.
it hurt.
i cried.
but now i feel better
wow… i never thought i could make it almost a week.
i still have yet to drink so im not sure how ill be when drinking. but whats good about quitting is my psoriasis is starting to clear up. so im killing two birds with one stone. yay. the other hard part is everyone i hang out with smokes. and my boyfriend smokes…another obstacle ill have to overcome.
