I started today... 1 week ago

I’m doing this to help cleanse the toxins from my body. I’ve been feeling lousy lately after I eat, and I think I need to let my body recuperate. Also, fasting is a good way to help increase the quality of your spiritual life. I plan to have nothing but water until next Monday morning (7/7/2008).
