The only problem with eating alone is that… well, you can’t eat alone with someone else- which is annoying, because I normally like to share good things with others.
Eating alone isn’t really about eating alone. Eating alone is about, in some way shape or form, truly being alone. If your the type of person who is truly ok with being alone, then eating alone is great; if your the type of person who desperately needs someone, anyone, then eating alone is an absolute worst case scenario.
The question to ask is, do you really want to eat alone? or do you really want to be OK with truly being alone, period?
