I got invloved as a volunter for my local primary school, my kids attend last septemeber to pop in once a week and read for an hour with some 7 year olds.
It has been great, and interacting with teachers and the kids has given me so much confidence to do something worthwhile Im looking for something else during the school holidays.
My mum and dad have a church running a holiday club, might get some days sorted at work to help out where I can.
Maybe something else. Will keep this updated when I find something else worthwhile to do

I joined some time back in Jan.
I have around 100 virtual friends now.
I have met two of them, (one before myspace) should be more, but I have not been able to trust myself, let alone others to actually meet people socially yet. Only just getting round to it now.

My lease is for six months on the flat I share with my three kids three nights a week. Its not fair on them sharing one bedroom, so Ive gotta start looking for something bigger with a garden. Only thing is I need a better paid job too. So both go hand in hand. Lets see after the marathon in October Im gonna find somewhere, hope to have got the job by then.
