I can now say quite a few phrases, and I’m pleased (smugly!) with my progress so far…I reckon I have quite a few hundred phrases and words now…...though I won’t find out until September if any Swede can understand them!
At work I sat down and in an hour racked my brains for all the Swedish words I could say and spell by heart: I came up with 168 which is not bad, but then not too good with an averga eof 28 new words a week for six weeks :-( I must keep going. I’ll start learning grammar properly soon too.
I owe so much in student debt…my undergaduate loan is paid back through the UK tax system with low interest. But I have 3 years and six months left until I will have paid off my MA. Then I’ll party!!!!!!!
