How I did it
How I did it: I asked to help from my GP, who was more than brilliant with the advice and help she offered me. I’m still on NRT and had 3 hiccups along the way, usually at times of great stress and hurt, but they never lasted and I jumped back on the task at hand. Now I’m 5 weeks smoke-free and my asthma has disappeared, which I am very very very thankful for :) Read how I did it…

Bid on three difference digital voice recorders, all costing around £70 each on ebay but was out-bid whilst I was in work…. Went to a carboot sale today, and found an unopened olympus voice recorder, a great one too, sells for £150 on amazon, and the lady sold it to me for a tenner!! YAY! :)
