I made the fatal mistake of running a story idea past my husband. Now he wants me to turn it into a novel and give it to him as a gift. Fine, fine. It’s a young adult novel, so not as labour intensive. The goal is to have a rough draft done in time for Hannukah this year.

All I have left to do is put the negatives and extra photographs in the wooden wedding storage box our friends’ gave us as a wedding gift.
I suppose there are still the 8×10’s in frames that need to be given to parents, but those will make great Winter presents. I hope. Parents like pictures of their child’s wedding right?
I don’t think there is a point when you are done getting in shape. It’s a continuous process, that requires dedication and patience.
I knew I was fat, but I didn’t realize how fat I was until pictures showed up from the THREE weddings I was involved in over Spring 2008. I used to scoff at girls who worried about ruining their friends wedding photos. Now I understand their pain. Nothing is worse than a wedding photo capturing your Sherman Tank body for the lifespan of the couple’s marriage. :(
But I’m not letting that get me down. I’m working out 5 times a week, 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training. Once I lose a bit more weight I will increase the intensity and duration of my workouts.
I’ve already lost 10 lbs. 10 down and 92 more to go!
If I can do it, you can do it!
