I love yoga. I miss my flexibility since I’ve been 7 mos. pg! I’ve been doing prenatal yoga and it feels great when I do it, but I have to admit its starting to really bore me! There is no challenge (which there really shouldn’t be at this point) and I’m tired of all the modifications! I’ve never needed blocks and bolsters, but my heavy body won’t allow my previous range of motion and flexibility. Anyway, I love yoga so much and want to improve my study of it, and I want to share it with others. PG moms and their babies…and children as they grow. I think yoga is such a wonderful way to connect with your body and better understand the way it works…or doesn’t work! Everyone should be so aware of their bodies. Not sure if I need training on how to teach others, more years of experience, better practice, or how I even get started in telling others that I want to teach them. Whether I become a doula or not, I’d love to do this!
This is something I want to learn in light of my wanting to also become a doula. If I were a doula, I would want to offer this service to pg mamas and then to their bebes. Yet another investment though…is it something I really want to commit to or put effort and money into?
