My posture has improved significantly over the past 9 months. It’s still not perfect, but it is a lot better. The single best thing I did for this goal was to buy 2 of the McKenzie lumbar rolls (one for work and one for the car). My whitewater kayaking lessons helped a bunch, too. Posture is very important for kayaking.
