Although I can’t say that I will never crawl into that black hole of hell again, I can say that I beat it for the time being. I am currently unmedicated since June, dealt with the worst withdrawals of my life, but I’m fine. Life will always push me, I will always be an emotional woman, and I will always have to deal with the past…but I’m too strong to let it be my downfall.

How I did it: I will never truly be free of the monster that always looms...but I have learned to fight him enough to crawl back out of the black hole before he traps me. Never go it alone...never. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I wrote this on my 43 things years ago. I'm currently attending college to be a vet tech. Technically I HAD to volunteer, but I got more than development hours out of it. I intend to do more hours that don't have to do. This was hard work, let me tell you! I've also convinced my vet tech student club to donate to the particular shelter I volunteered at. Read how I did it…
I got a tattoo for my 32 birthday that meant something to me…to remind me (by being on my wrist in my face all the time!) that I need to stay strong and that I am strong!
I love the site, I love the book… I don’t know why I haven’t just gotten down to business. I think I will this weekend!
