About 3 weeks ago I started my quest for physical almost-perfection. Today I had chips and chocolate for lunch so that should tell you about my progress. I am still at the same point I started at.
SO, here I go again because after that fantastic lunch I feel horrible and even though it’s cold out, I know spring will be here sooner than we realize and I want to wear shorts for the first time in my life! I am also turning 30 and am all the sudden aware of my mortality! (Stop worrying is another goal I have to work on). Anyway, wish me luck. AGAIN! Any secrets for staying motivated? I am a junkfoodaholic…

I always fall off the wagon on weekends! My exercise has been going well and weight lifting has made a huge difference but my weight hasn’t really changed…so I need to do something about the flab layer that covering all of that beautiful muscle. THis means more cardio and fewer calories. I’m still going to try to reach my goal by mid-march!

Well I have somehow managed to stay away from the office goody table (conveniently located right behind me) for 2 WEEKS! Before that I was soley responsible for polishing off at least 1/3 of whatever sweet treat was laying around. There’s been a stash of truffles over there now for days and I have resisted. I walk by and give them dirty looks…ditto for the vending machine…
