Ok, I know I need to loose weight. I get on the scale and think OMG!!! But it’s hard to start excercising and hard to eat differently. However, I know that if I don’t do it, it’ll never get done and that’s not a healthy way to live. I want to lose atleast 20 pounds. Then from there, I’ll decide if I want to lose more.

How I did it: I used questions from www.instantcert.com to help me study for all the tests I took. after awhile you learn the information and the great thing was that many of the questions on the practice tests were on the exams I took. It was the best thing I have ever done. I wish I had known about CLEP when I first got to college, it may not have taken me so long and I would have been more motivated to finish. :) Read how I did it…
Drinking alot less soda and more water (Propel). I HATE regular water but I love the Propel water, I drink that all day, every day. I even tried the vitamin water, didn’t like it. Plus it had a lot more sugar than the Propel.
I purchased a treadmill and an elliptical machine. We also purchased a weight bench and a power tower (for pull ups and dips) now all I have to do is use them. :( That’s the hardest part!
