I’ve lived in 2 wonderful cities and I’ve taken them for granted. The Towers fell before I could visit them on my own and I grew up in that city.

How I did it: I had a great agent and loan officer. It also helps to do your own research on loan types and some of the mortgage vocabulary. If you can get an FHA loan go for it. It took a while because it was a foreclosure but it was so worth it. It will probably be my rental property in a few years when I buy my next property. Now I’m trying to make the house a home.
You slip off the wagon sometimes but as long as you get back on you’re fine. This goal stays on my mind.
