after a lot of ups and downs things are definitely progressing! so we bought an ellyptical and I am going up to the 10th floor for morning exercise, swimming, hiking, it’s an excellent feeling to be back on track! but it’s mostly about eating less and more exercise, not really about changing my eating habits that much…

How I did it: Western Med cruise was a nightmare! We still managed to enjoy Malta, Florence and Nice but the rest was a total flop. I'm not sure I will ever cruise again. We had cruised in the summer of 2008 (eastern med) and it was such as success (with Celebrity Cruises) but this time everything seemed to turn out wrong: long lines in the sun to catch port shuttles, long lines for dinner (45 min to be seated), spanish kids jumping in the jacuzzy whil… Read how I did it…
