How to stop biting my fingernails

How I did it: I just decided that I was going to stop.  I have been biting my fingernails since I could put them in my mouth...and now...no more.  I went to Wal-Mart and bought some Nutra Nail.  It says it takes 7 days for results, and I didnt know if I could do it, but once they grew out just a little bit, I didn't want to bite them anymore!!
