I’ve been eating more than I used to, but making better food choices and drinking over 2 litres of water a day, and I’ve lost about three pounds! For me, this is a lot, since I’m technically a healthy weight, but would like to feel less bloated and healthier. So if anyone needs advice, here it is – spring for the brown or wild rice, try a trip to the farmer’s market, upgrade your water bottle size, and don’t be afraid of the calories in eggs or the carbs in a peach.
And don’t forget to try new foods!
I’ve been bad lately. But I played twister for forty minutes today…and that’s kind of exercise…
