I’m a reader and recently I’ve had a backlog of books that I want to read but still haven’t got to. I also would like to recall more of what I read.

How I did it: I searched the internet then signed up with NY Cares. My reasons for volunteering were kind of selfish. I really just needed something to do and I was having a bad time at home and didn't have any money for a vacation so I thought I could get away by volunteering. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was so paranoid that the test was really hard and that I'd fail so I read every word of the booklet that they give you. And when I finally went for the test there was only 20 questions with half of them asking what the different signs mean. It was ridiculously easy and I got all the answers right. It took me 2 weeks because I had to read the book, then find the money, then find time to go on a weekday afternoon. Read how I did it…
I’m already a reader. I just want to read more often. I feel like I spend too much time on the internet now and I only read every once in a while. I also want to read more non fiction like history and biographies and I want to open up to other genres like plays and essays.I especially want to learn to read things that are boring to me and still retain the information that I read.
I’ve been slowly gaining weight and I live a very sendentary life. I’m also getting a lot of fatter in the stomach area. I don’t care so much about looking good I just want to be able to get up stairs without feeling like I going to die and I want to be able to run and walk long distances without feeling like that too. I don’t care about muscle mass but also want to become stronger. If I can run a mile without fainting then I think I will have achieved my goal. I’m starting out by running the track at my local park, doing a lot of yoga, and doing sit ups, (pull ups, push ups, etc.)
