I loved it! It was worth all the trouble of making reservations and coordinating busy people’s schedules. We went up when the Festival of Lights was going on by the LA Zoo so the view from the hilltop was amazing. The renovations are great. Make sure to stop by the cafe and have their chinese chicken salad.

Cookie Decorating

Call your local cake decorating supply and bakery and ask them if they offer decorating classes. If they don’t offer classes at that location, chances are they’ll direct you to another local supply that does. I took a cookie decorating class with my mom at a place in Norco, CA. It was a lot of fun. I took the cookies I decorated to my friends birthday party the next day. It was the most creative gift!

I went once in Costa Rica, but it was mostly level 2-3. I want to try level 3 and maybe 4, but I want it to be warm enough to enjoy the water.
