Bought an elliptical crosstrainer machine 5 months ago

Got the machine 2 months ago but have not used it. Dad’s using it though. I will start tomorrow, and do 5 mins per day (it’s a tough machine to overcome… and I’ve not exercised for 2 years)



Lose 7kg!
My tummy's expanding month by month! Argh! 5 months ago

I don’t eat junk but my problem is sleeping too late and eating too late. So if my sleeping and exercise goals work, I should be able to do this!
