I’m into month 5. I was about to tick this off my list – I’ve done pretty well – not one drag. But this past week I keep thinking I can have just one cig. And really, I can’t. Can I??

3 1/2 months on and I think whatever I put in my lungs for those 11 years is starting to come out. So much for the increased energy and fitness; I sound about 80. Thank god I stopped.

I am soo excited. But I hate packing. God, give me strength not to be so damned short sighted. Right, time-wasting over – can’t stop to chat, I have boxes to pack.
