Eleven Hours

I think im gonna start keeping a log of how long i sleep each night

Last night i went to bed at two and woke up at nine to turn off my alarm, went back to sleep and woke up again at 11 to answer a phone call, and went back to sleep one last time and woke up at one

So eleven hours

Why should I?

It never dawned on me until this year when i took my Health I class at my high school just how unhealthy i was eating. We did a unit on nutrition where my teacher, jokingly, singled me out because of some of my food choices. I didn’t see the problem with eating only white bread or drinking only whole milk but for some reason what he had said stuck with me and i began to take an interest in the general topic of nutrition itself.
I bought several books, pertaining mostly to fast food, including Chew on This and Twinkie Deconstructed. I’ve also watched some documentaries and movies on the subject like Supersize Me and Fast Food Nation (which by the way has the best movie ending ive seen yet)
Now i was already somewhat anal about my food to begin with, i would, for example, blot all the grease off my pizza before eating it, but with my new found interest i now understand what ive been doing wrong.

Ive started to choose whole grains over white bread. I had my first peta pocket last week and Im drinking low fat milk now. I try to eat less junk food instead replacing chips with melba toast and drinking alot less soda.

Hopefully i can improve and keep this up.
I think i may start keep journal of what i eat through the day to see how much junk food i eat in a week.

I dont know what’d I’d do if it wern’t for my health teachers…polite suggestions
