One of my colleagues said to me today, “you’re not fat, you’re just a bit big.” Boo hoo, I don’t want to be a bit big. Plus I have this cold and I cant work out until it goes.

Still no weight loss, can’t say I’ve been 100% perfect, must do better! If I want to lose weight I have to stick to my points EVERYDAY no matter what.
I lost 5lb in the first week, but then I didn’t lose any last week. Even if I lose 1lb this week I need to be pleased with that as it’s in the right direction.
10 weeks until holiday, 10lb a week would take my weight to 10 stone 9lb, which wouldn’t be wonderful, but I think that’s more realistic than 2lb a week, which would be 9 stone 13lb, god that would be absolutely amazing :(
I guess if I go to the gym as often as I can and stick religiously to weight watchers points then it will be possible.
