Trip to Brazil booked
Well, for the gazillionth time Ive given up and….it’e been 8 days now, no cravings, feel great at the gym and it’s fab not to smell of smoke!! Avoiding snacking at night is hard, but Im going to the gym loads, so that’s good!!
I managed to get down to 10 stone 4 before Christmas, but unfortunately put on a few pounds over the holiday and Im now 10 stone 8. Im going to the gym every day until I get down to 10 stone 4 again!! Then hopefully to 10 stone before February half term and 9 1/2 before Easter.
I’ve started singing in my Uncle’s band, which is such a lot of fun. I want to get singing lessons as well, so I can be AMAZING!! next gig is christmas eve….
I’ve been doing weight watchers for about 5 weeks, lost 7lbs. Want to get down to 10stone by Christmas. It’s really working, just need to keep it up and keep up with the exercise at the same time. My ultimate goal is 9 stone 4. I reckon I could get there by Feb half term, just have to keep focussed. Really enjoying being that bit slimmer.
I’m having my wisdom teeth out next friday, i really should have given up already, but tomorrow is definitely the day!!
I’ve booked my trip :) going to Laos and Vietnam on 28th March for 2 weeks…...
I’m going to start the cabbage soup diet tomorrow, should shed half a stone in a week, quick fix I know, hopefully I’ll be able to stick to it, I haven’t done it for years.
I’ve actually given up drinking for 2 weeks so far….not sure how long it will last, but I’m planning for at least a month!!
I’ve been to the gym and burnt off 500 calories. Also eaten really healthily.
Breakfast bowl of sultana bran
An apple and a handful of dried fruit
A chicken salad sandwich
A ham salad with a few beans and chickpeas
(I think that should be under 1500 calories)
So that’s 1000 calories burnt off, I’ll be over halfway to a pound tomorrow.
Now I’ve given up smoking it is the time…..tomorrow I’m going to keep a detailed food diary on here….hopefully keep a better tab on calories. Got to stick to 1500 cals a day. I heard that 1lb = 3500 calories, therefore, I worked out I have /to cut out 500 calories/burn them off for 10 weeks to lose 10lb….or both to lose it in 5 weeks. That’s going to be my sucess criteria, whether I’ve burn them off. 70 day to go…
I have given up smoking again – 3 weeks as of Monday night :) all good!! Nicotine gums are the answer this time….
Have started to me more organised at school…need to keep it up and do it more. Also organise my time more!
Need to start doing this during the Christmas holiday….plan is to read for at least half an hour a day!!
I need to go out less, that is the main place I can save money. I really want to save money to spend on more exciting things like going on holiday!!
