Now that i have been made aware of my hoarding i seem to be conscious about my behaviour around it and i no longer just buy stuff and bring it in the house without ‘knowing’ that i will need to free up space for it. its working pretty well so far

I have joined a certificate in small business class but its going to take me a year to complete, attending a wkly night class for 2 and a half hrs. I shall see how it goes…
Thinking twice about what I bring into my house

which seems easy enough to do now that I have had to change my focus on the state of my home/possessions. Trouble is i want it all gone or tidied up NOW! I hear these voices in my head telling me how messy I am….and how much time I waste during the day when Im home….
