...& just be. i didn’t push it. i’ve just been careful. technically, i’m still in the fluctating mode, but keeping under 150 was the main goal, so i’m cool with it. now, to start working out so that my thighs & ass look the way i want them to!

so i asked my doctor about it and she gave me a prescription that is working. now i am not going to smoke again – not even on occasion. FINAL!

and yes, these are the hardest – it’s so strange, but i grab a bag of cookies thinking, oh well, i can get rid of the 5 pounds anytime, but of course i won’t if i don’t readjust my thinking, so it’s time to do that!
