get rid of psoriasis
Untitled

I’ve had psoriasis since I was about 3, and now that i’m nearly 34, that’s over 30 years too long. I hate it, and it stops me wearing skirts in summer, and makes me feel like a freak. I hate it when people ask you if you’ve burnt yourself, or stare at it.

I’ve learnt that stress, and basically anything which puts your liver under stress (drink, drugs, coffee, artificial additives, some foods etc.) makes it worse. I try to live as naturally as possible and hope to overcome it. At the moment financial and work stress is making it terrible, and i’ve also developed psoriatic arthritis in my finger which is totally depressing. So getting rid of it permanently is one of the things I most want to do in my life.

get over my fear of heights
Untitled

I have a lifelong fear of heights which my mum attributed to me living in a bungalow for the first few years of my life. I really must get over it.

grow mushrooms
Untitled

I used to have a plan for setting up a gourmet mushroom farm, and read “Growing Gourmet & Medicinal Mushrooms” by Paul Stamets, which made me realise that they’re not only delicious but incredibly healthy and even environmentally curative.

I really was into mushrooms, and my meat-loving husband actually loves eating them too, so I am keen to grow some intersting varieties.
