My first term done and I did pretty well! Though I’m not confident enough to even try to hold a conversation with a native spanish speaker.

31. Have a higher self esteem

I’m close to several guys- my big brother, my brother in law, and some of my best friend’s husbands (to an extent). But I don’t have any true buddies that are guys. I don’t know why this means alot to me. But guys are different than girls in the hang out sense. I get annoyed that most guys will be my friend until they learn they can’t get in my pants or that that’s a major factor of our friendship. anyway, I know sometimes when I talk to my brother or my bro-in-law the insight is definately different than a chicas. They are always patient kind fellows and genuinely concerned and honest- not just telling me what I should do or whatnot.
Another vague entry. What I want is not to put myself down so much, or to always think that the reason someone did something is because they hate me. I don’t know if one can truely create a higher self-esteem, but I think for me, exercise, getting fresh air and sunshine, doing alot of my 43 things can definately help this. And also I think doing that dorky self-talk would help too. I have to do it to shut up the shit talk that automatically starts up.
