I’m going to say that if I can save up at least $10k then this goal can be checked off. After all, it seems easy enough to save money now that I have a job, but saving “more” money doesn’t mean anything unless there’s a finite number I’m trying to reach.

How I did it: Well, there's really nothing to it if you're pretty big into games like me. Sometimes it's difficult to finish a lengthy game like an RPG (I'm still working on Persona 3: FES after having to redo my 50-hour file), but if you take your time and get into it five games is nothing.Shorter games like action/adventure shooters seem to breeze by in no time. How I did it: I jumped right out of the gate in picking all the classes I wanted to take, which helped a lot my first few quarters (we did quarters, not semesters), and once I picked a major my curriculum was pretty much set from there.Money-wise I wound up getting a combination of loans, school grants, and work-study, all of which paid for everything including off-campus housing the last two years. Naturally, I had a good $15k worth of loans to pay of… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Like many RPGs in my collection, Crisis Core wound up being one of those games I couldn't just play straight through. I bought it at launch but didn't finish it until a year later despite only logging a bit under 30 hours on normal mode -- of course, that's without finishing all of the sidequests/missions.Fortunately, the mobility of the PSP allows you to play in short bursts, so it's easy enough to dedicate five minutes at a time to doin… Read how I did it…

I may have already completed this goal. It’s hard to say at the moment, given that most of my books are currently in boxes in my closet. I need to dig through them all and add them to my list to make sure though.
Technically I completed this almost a month ago, on my birthday (March 26th). While browsing through my list I realized I had 160, 13 of which came from the DVD boxsets – Martin Scorsese Collection, Kino’s Great Directors volume 1, and Hiroshi Inagaki’s Samurai Trilogy – I got as gifts.
My collection’s growing at a nice rate. Guess I’ll shoot for 300 next.
