I would like to turn vegetarian again in 2009 but I’m awfully lazy ( and not really creative) when it comes to cooking and everyone in my house eat meat ( so I usually end up eating what they cook)...Anyone who would like to share easy vegan-vegetarian recipes?? Thanks!!

FINALLY got my visa!!! I was freaking out because my friend had already gotten it 2 weeks ago BUT it seems like they had lost it ( stupid stupid people) and now I have it!! I can leave tomorrow if I want to! How amazing is that!!! After months of waiting, working at the worst jobs, filling out papers for hours…and now it is almost in my hands!!It is the BEST christmas gift ever, especially as my boss went bankrupt yesterday and it seems like I’m not gonna get the month of salary she owes me…But now the sky is blue again and I’m finally gonna do what I’ve been dreaming of for the last…4 years!!
I’m going to live in York ( if everything goes well..) for about 6 months in January or February…It was not as complicated as I thought it would be to get a visa and everything but it was as expensive as I expected! I’m going there with two friends of mine, one of them is already there, living in Scotland and waiting for us to arrive! We are going there with an organisation called SWAP and I’m not really sure why we chose them as they are not giving us a job there or a place to stay…God, am I gonna be stressed when I get there! But I’m not there yet, I still have to wait for my stupid visa confirmation, then booking a flight and THEN waiting another couple of weeks to get the actual visa in my hands…and finally I WILL leave! What I will have to figure out soon is how I’m gonna fit 6 months of clothing and stuff in a 65 liters bag…Oh dear.
