...I’ve only got two more runs to go. :-) I’m amazed at how well the program works! I could barely run a minute two months ago, but now I’m running three miles at a stretch!
I highly recommend the podcasts that Robert Ullrey put out, over at http://podcasts.ullreys.net, for keeping track of your intervals; it works much better than trying to keep an eye on one’s watch. Also, although it’s possible and certainly commendable to do the running on a treadmill, it’s so much better to get out and do at least some of the running outside! I run a gravel path early in the morning, and it’s the most refreshing thing in my day!
