something that helped me is when you are trying on stuff, ask yourself if you would purchase that item now. if it isnt something you’d spend your money on, then you probably don’t like it enough to wear it. also i am always guilty of taking free clothes and then letting them sit in my closet…because they were free. thats not a good reason to keep something! good luck everyone.

How I did it: i have never liked water very much. i started using those packets to put in water bottles and just tried to drink a coulpe of bottles a day. when i first started drinking it, my stomach actually hurt a little, as if my whole stomach was full of liquid. i slowly began drinking water by itself when it was really cold. i still like cold water best, and i have to buy bottled or use a purifier...but since doing this i have felt better and my s… Read how I did it…
I’m about to start grad school in a new city and really needed to get rid of a lot of clothes that I’ve worn since high school. This summer I finally went through and tried everything on. I ended up giving about two full trashbags full of clothes to my sister to give to her kids. My closet can now breathe!
