I’ve never been late to school or work, but I can tell that if I don’t set a goal to not push the snooze alarm it will happen! I’m trying so hard, when I hear it go off I try to make myself think ‘No, I must get up!’ and its worked a few times, but I have slipped and pushed the snooze a few times. Next year I’ll be in college, and not have my parents there to wake me up if I ignore the alarm, must get use to it now!

How I did it: I chewed mint gum instead. Not only was it much better for me, but I could do it anywhere and my breath smelled nice =)I also got rid of any clothing that smelled heavy of smoke, so I wasn't inhaling the scent, which I liked to much. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've been playing since I was 7, now I'm 17. My dad makes double-basses, so it was just obvious that I would start playing, except I liked the bass guitar more ((I can play both)) Many lessons and practicing, been in a few bands, and eventually won a battle of the bands! How I did it: I drew with pencil on my foot and my cousin did the tattooing. I thinks its very pretty and am happy I will always have it =)((not a good picture though... but its really amazing!)) Read how I did it…

Its so good for you! I do a lot of sports, and am really addicted to Gatorade and propel, but I dont really believe in those ‘electrolight’ things, besides H2O is more natural.
I carry around a Nalgene bottle filled with water wherever I go now. About 2 1/2 bottles a day of water, and maybe something like cranberry juice.
I need to get use to water because I’m hiking some Appalachian Trail soon and water is going to be the only thing I have. I’ll get use to it in about a month!
Its bad. I’m not even at the legal age to smoke, and I take my parents cigarettes. Its only been a year… maybe only a pack a week, never more. I guess I got into it because I hated how hypocritical they were being ‘don’t smoke inhale its bad for you exhale smoke into face ’ So their lessons never really stuck. I’m a really secretive smoker, my clothes don’t smell like smoke and I never do it inside a house or car so there is no smelly evidence.
I decided I need to stop because I just got into college with a small basketball scholarship ((any amount of money counts)) and I have a harder time breathing when running when I’ve smoked… so enough of this. My education is more important… right? I think I’ll chew nicotine gum, or just any kind of gum. My goal is for it to take one month before I have no more cravings… is that a good goal?
