How I did it: I never really had trouble falling asleep. In fact, I can go to sleep anywhere at any time, but I used to wake up several times throughout the night, and never got enough rest. I finally decided to start taking better care of myself, and sleep was a top priority. These days I start my evening routine earlier, and I usually end up getting a solid ten hours of rest.
