started this diet plan again after a few years of being off of it. in nov., after about 2 weeks i lost 10lbs. ...kinda slid back again a bit during the holidays, but i am encouraged that if i stick to a plan i can accomplish the goal.
going to start this up again next week and see where it takes me. will stick with it for as long as it takes, this time, to lose the weight.
