Today I finished reading one of the bridal books that I have. That felt good and now I think I have an idea of what I want to do for the wedding and the conversations to have with my other half. I also spent an hour on the phone with my birth mom. Made me feel good to talk to her. The advice she gives is good and it’s fun hearing tales from someone who is still living small-town life.

We spent today looking at places. It was interesting! My other half has never really thought about what he wanted in a house but just like so many other things, our tastes run in sync. We found a place we like, now just to see if we can get the rest of the pieces to fall into place.
