Making good progress with this, it’s not everyday that I do it, but it’s most of the days now, which is so much better then ‘never’. What helps me is that I found a site (joesgoals.com) which lets you add this as a goal, and everyday that you do it, you can give yourself a smiley for it. A bit silly that I get satisfaction out of my own, but that’s me, apparently. (And I haven’t cheated yet).
At the end of our trip to Canada we had reserved a multi-day kayaking trip in Robson Bight. It was superb! The best was the orca that came up about 10 meters in front of our kayaks, and swam right under us. It came up again behind us.
And in the evening, when our arms were sore, and the guides were cooking, there were so many orcas passing us by. We were so incredibly wowed.. Wow.
We did our trip with Wild heart adventures, and they made it very worth it. The guides were splendid as well.
