I exercised for 6 days this week and today I’m going to rest. I think for next week and the following week I’m going to focus on cardio and then start strength training in week 4.

It’s been 7 days since I’ve had soda I don’t think I want to ever go back to drinking soda. It takes 21 days to make something a habit so if I just go another 14 days I will be cured of my soda addiction.
