How I did it: My fiancée was accepted to med school at the University of Toledo's Health Science Campus two years ago. I was finishing up my associates degree at San Diego City College at the time and just began working full-time shortly after. We began thinking how and when I would be able to relocate to Ohio so that we could be together again. How I did it: Went to the bookstore and bought a book covering the basics, then started downloading sheet music of the songs I wanted to play. Started out with simple songs, then worked on more complicated material as I went along. I'm definitely still just starting out and will continue to learn new songs. So far my favorite song to play for my fiancee is "All my Loving" by the Beatles. Read how I did it…
We were able to see so many amazing sights on our way from Cali to Ohio, where I live now. We ended up taking the northern route, 15N to 70E then 80E. Below are some of the pics from the trip.

The Atlantis, Discovery, and Endeavour are all scheduled to have their last flight in 2010. Since I haven’t had the chance to see a space shuttle launch just yet, I’m looking forward to seeing at least one of those launches next year.
So far I’m planning to see the Endeavour launch which is set for July 29, 2010, depending on how my schedule works out.
Finally graduated with an A.S. in Computer Information Systems at San Diego City College. I’m just so thankful that I had such wonderful support from those closest to me. Now I have just recently started working full-time as an IT Technician. So glad to be done!
