This is definitely something I have seen improvement on. One day at Kristals I all of a sudden noticed that my posture was perfect and I hadn’t even noticed. It felt great. That is the only time I have noticed it being that good, but it is definitely much better overall, which is great. I think Yoga and Pilates have a HUGE effect on this, and also keep my back pain under control (it is nonexistent when I keep on top of my Y/P)

I finished another semester with great grades and am now working hard on my current semester.
I finished my fafsa and only need to focus on studying more.
I have put this as one of my top goals because I know that by meeting this goal I will be meeting many others.
I want my room to be clean and I am well aware that the less I buy and put in it the cleaner and easier to clean it will be.
I want to spend money in ways that are important to me (like traveling) instead of on frivolous things.
I want to stress less, and I think things create clutter and stress.
Living simply to me means prioritizing what is important, slowing down, enjoying the simple things. I don’t like living in a fast pace-although I often feel forced to. I don’t enjoy feeling as though I am spending my time in ways I don’t really believe are important.
Focusing on living simply would do a lot of good for my life.
