not a big deal. 18 months ago

i still don’t really know what i want to do at the moment, so it isn’t really worth my time and money to go to school. what i want to learn, i’ll just teach myself.



drink water every day

by forcing myself to drink it, now i actually like it. i still love dr.pepper, but it’s nice to have as a treat now. it makes me feel much better knowing i’m giving my body what it deserves.



eat fruits and vegetables daily

i’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks now. it’s amazing to see the results already! my skin is clearer, i have more energy, and i just FEEL better. i think i’ll continue on for the rest of my life….i can’t believe what i was missing out on!
