Until last year I have always been a 128lbs 5’9” since my sophomore year in high school. However much I didn’t believe in the Freshmen 15, I actually gained 15 lbs since the beginning of College and I think there’s a just reason in that: EAT. I have never been much of an eater and sad to say I wasn’t much of a sucker for my mother’s food. But ever since I started going to the dining commons, I have started to chow down on food. Also, I’ve started working out, so I think that attributed to my gained weight too. In all, I think one consensus advice seems to be to eat more. I know it sounds hard because believe me I got full eating less than 1600 calories a day. But find something you like and also something healthy. Gradually you’ll see the change. As I am back home, I’m just constantly trying to make food for myself so I won’t have to resort myself to my mom’s cooking and it’s working for me. I’ve gained about couple pounds within the last month and weigh in at around 144, 145lb.

Last month, I didn’t think I would be able to finish this book. Today, I feel compelled to write that this was a journey. As I neared the last 200 pages of the book, I could not let go of the book as I felt for the first time that words were greater than pictures. I could vividly feel the emotions of the characters as well as the intensities. I can truly say that this was the most moving book I’ve ever read. When I had finished reading, I could not help but look at the title and agree. Tears fell from my eyes towards the end, and again it was a new experience for me as a book had never caused tear to glisten in my eyes.
Don’t give up reading this book. It’s a masterpiece for a reason. You won’t regret it.
I would love to see her in person. Though I’ve heard some bad things about her concerts, it’s a risk I’m willing to take. Cuz ultimately, I don’t care if she throws a tantrum. I want to see her, hear her voice and shout out to her “YOU ROCK”
