i’m taking an environmental science class. reading about all the issues going on is really scary. my dad is a construction worker and i just read about how construction workers are pretty much horrific to the environment. making cement releases carbon dioxide. . . not to mention all the wood they use to build stuff. i understand that this stuff has to be done. but still. i’d like to balance out the damage my dad does. i’m looking into the preservation and enhancement of urban and community forests as a i type this.
