It was the birth control hormones I was on. The nurse practitioner recommended I go off it and two months later the headaches were completely gone.

I went on a camping/backpacking trip through Central America for two weeks in April and most of it was vegetarian. So when I came home I was okay eating less meat and now I don’t really want to eat any meat at all. The difficult part of it is having meat around, like at family gatherings. It’s not that I have an appetite for it, but I psychologically feel like I should eat it. I’ve been veggie before… I’m sure I’ll get there again.
I was lucky to get the first two languages since I was a kid. Then I tried German, French, and Spanish. The Spanish stuck, and it’s been easy to practice. Am still improving… taking a community college class, and just traveled to Mexico and Guatemala. But the key is to keep practicing and to speak or practice each language every day!
