I realized how much I’ve helped change and impact the life of my best friend. She’s definitely done the same for me & I’m proud that we’re so close.

I used to be a very healthy eater. I would eat 3 square meals a day with snacks in between. I drank a lot of water. Nowadays because of college, I get food that’s easy and fast to pick up like french fries, pizza, etc. It’s disgusting and it makes me feel disgusting. I plan on stop being so lazy in college and actually care about my body. I’m proud of myself for still drinking a lot of water though. That’s one good thing I’ve stuck with.
i keep struggling to do this.
i keep judging the people i go to school with. not everyone is the same though it may seem like it. i know i may not love my school & i know it’s a struggle to find the good people, but i shouldn’t just label everyone as “the same”. I could be missing out on some rly good friends!
