Start a newsletter where you feature your own pen-and-ink drawing once a month. No, I’m not drawing near as much as I’d like to in a perfect world. But the deadline got me back in the saddle.

You don’t have to be good; just consistent. Persistent!

I shouldn't say I'm giving up, exactly... 19 months ago

I didn’t follow the book (and my goals) too strictly much past April or May. Maybe March.

But it was still my best year yet, even if it wasn’t my Best Year Yet!

If you know what I mean.

And, since it was $7500 four years ago, when I first saw it, it’s probably a good thing.

I will love other paintings. And I will eventually let them all go.
