Okay, so I’ve got about 30 lbs left to lose, after losing 30. 60 lbs total. Jeez! Sometimes I don’t know how this happened, you know? Too busy being consumed (while consuming) and then BAM!
I’m trying to recover from EDNOS (Compulsive Binge-Eater with Anorexic and Bulimic tendencies) and this is a seemingly unending battle. I’m typing right now to avoid a binge (I’ve been binge-free for 3 days). I’ve exercised moderately, avoided purging (because I haven’t binged) and haven’t tried restricting.
It’s so hard, and I feel awful. I just wish this weight would go away! But, I know it won’t, so…
My goal is to lose these last 30 in 6 months. I feel that’s plenty of time to develop healthy eating patterns and exercise routines.
Wish me luck.
I want to save some dough to take my husband on a little trip for his birthday in March. Just a little get-away for us both, nothing big, but definitely fun :)
I have 5 months to do it!
