over the summer i had the oppurtunity to really work on this goal.
reading magazines and newspapers really helped me out, because they made me feel like i was keeping my mind active and learning at the same time. i started reading the newspaper everyday, eager to see follow ups on some headlines – and before i knew it i realized that i wasn’t slacking or saving reading for just the weekend. i’m not sure if this entry makes sense. but oh well.
Having a clean room triggers your
mind to want to be active. Even if your room
is the messiest thing in the world, start somewhere, and
gradually you will pick up the room cleaning momentum :}
