the paints came in the mail and they’re all quite pretty. I think I will do it this weekend
I have a great book for a 28 day program that just makes you feel flexible and everything gets a lot more smoothe and free. Anyway, day one and two were a success. I just have to keep it up, I can’t wait until I can really feel the results.
