Visiting Ailing friends 2 years ago

Well thats one way of hanging out with friends that I am not a fan of….I visited one of my friends who’d met with an accident last friday and had sustained several injuries on his face, hand and back along with some damage to the brain… His right eye is dislocated. I visited him today, a week after his accident. He was in ICU all these days. Fortunately his bodily coordination is working well, he even recognized me and waved at me. So that is good. But he’s shocked, terribly injured and the extent of damage to his brains will not be clear so soon… All I can do is pray for his recovery every day, and that I’m doing with all my heart! May God cure him back to his old self soon. Amen!!

Plan for tomorrow: May 27 2 years ago

A run in the morning.
Washing clothes and setting them for drying, throwing away the old clothes and sending away the clothes to be drycleaned.
Study-CFA between 11.00 am and 2.00 pm
2.00 pm – prepare and leave to meet friends.
Back: 11.00 pm. Set out Monday’s clothes and Go to sleep.

To sum up, this week (one day is YET remaining), it was 40% successful. I went to run only twice instead of three times, but That means I have not run since wednesday. I will run tommorrw even in scorching (relatively) 8.00 am heat. The major problem for me while running is: – foul smell where I usually go for running, which has been spreading since last week,coz the corporation forgot to pick up the garbage, and dogs and weird men who keep on staring at the “heaving chest” at other places. In any case, I am going to run…
From this week, I shall W-A-T-C-H my diet, recording what exactly I ate. I know, I am not the salad-type. I dont possess that much self control, so I have to take it step by step, rather calorie by calorie. Meaning that I aim to reduce eating unhealthy things over a period of time. I have bought myself the calcium tablets, since I heard that I needed calcium too…
So, todays list:
Breakfast: None coz woke up late. Tea
Lunch: 2 rotis and ghee and tomato ketchup
Tea in the evening and tomato-rice for dinner.
I guess weekdays, its easier to follow any routine than the weekends…..though I havent planned out anything for the next week.
