Learning for Life 5 months ago

Writing my Masters about something that had meaning for me not only kept me interested, but had a significant impact on how i live my spiritual life. It has changed how i approach my relationship with the Lord, but how i see Him in my neighbor. It has forged a path of Life that i will never leave, but always look to the new horizons that are presented with excitement and desire of the adventure!

Fit or in shape? 10 months ago

I like the idea of being fit, more than ‘shape’ – too many stereotypes with modeling figures (no thanks). By fit, i mean to be able to run 5ks and not kill myself.

To start, I’ve taken up yoga, and I AM AMAZED at how much it works for slimming the body and body alignment. My back feels real good and my muscles have more tone than when i was in high school.

I love to write, but i long to open myself to the truth within me, to call my shortcomings what they are, learn, and love myself. I think it will also help me to realize my goals, and refine them according to the real – me!
